Dashboard#

NexaLink > Dashboard summarizes published posts, indexed posts, internal links, orphan posts, underlinked posts, health issues, pending opportunities, and links applied by NexaLink.

Click Scan link graph after installation, a content import, or a large link update. Orphan content is a post that has no incoming internal link in the local NexaLink index. Find link sources places relevant source posts in the background queue.

Link Health#

Open NexaLink > Link Health, then click Run health scan. The local scanner detects:

• missing internal destinations;
• redirects caused by WordPress slug changes;
• self-links that point back to the source post.

The scan does not crawl the entire internet. Health statuses focus on internal links that NexaLink can map from WordPress content.

Reports and rollback#

NexaLink > Reports stores an audit trail of applied links. Use it to review the source, destination, anchor, time, status, and application method.

To remove a NexaLink link:

1. Find an audit record with Applied status.
2. Click Rollback.
3. Review the source post after the operation completes.

Rollback removes only markup previously created by NexaLink. It is rejected when the content has changed and safe removal can no longer be guaranteed.

CSV export can be used for audits outside WordPress. Do not publish an export if it contains private website titles or URLs.

Weekly summaries are optional and are sent to the WordPress administration email. Make sure the address is correct and WordPress email delivery works.
