License Activation#
NexaPress feature menus remain locked until the license key is successfully verified.
Activating the license#
- Go to the NexaPress menu in WordPress Admin.
- Enter the license key.
- Ensure the displayed domain is correct.
- Click Activate License.
- Wait for the successful activation notification.
The following menus will then become available:
- NexaPress > Settings
- NexaPress > Campaigns
- NexaPress > Keywords
- NexaPress > License
Transferring a license#
Licenses are bound to a domain. Before using it on another domain, go to NexaPress > License on the old website and click Deactivate License.
If activation fails#
Check the following:
- The license key is not mistyped or expired.
- The domain matches and the activation limit has not been reached.
- The website uses HTTPS.
- The server can make outbound HTTPS connections.
- Firewalls or security plugins are not blocking NexaPress services.
- Server time is not significantly out of sync.
