Updating Galeria#

Galeria uses a license-based private updater. Update packages are validated to ensure they originate from the official update server and are valid ZIP files.

Before updating#

1. Back up your database and files.
2. Ensure the license is active on the correct domain.
3. Note down your current version and custom code.
4. Test on a staging environment for critical websites.

Running the update#

Use Check Update under Galeria status, then go to Dashboard > Updates or Appearance > Themes to install the available version.

After updating#

Clear the cache and check the slider, archives, AJAX Load More, post galleries, related posts, sidebar, logo, ads, as well as desktop/mobile responsiveness.
