Are Elementor, ACF, or WooCommerce required?#

No. The core catalogue uses native WordPress APIs.

Why is the WhatsApp CTA hidden?#

Enter a package or global WhatsApp number in international format without the plus sign. The package CTA is intentionally disabled when lifecycle is Sold Out or Past Departure.

Why is a past package missing from the catalogue?#

Check Hide Past Packages from Public Archives under NexaUmrah > Settings > Packages. Disable it to show past departures again. Packages without a departure date are not hidden by this option.

Does the theme automatically move past packages to draft?#

No. Use Move past package to draft on the package list when needed. Content, taxonomies, featured image, and gallery relationships are preserved.

Why does the package archive return 404?#

Save Settings > Permalinks and confirm that NexaUmrah is active.

Are seats and schedules real-time?#

No. They are maintained by the site operator and must be confirmed with the agency.

What should a support request include?#

Include WordPress, PHP, and NexaUmrah versions, the URL, reproduction steps, and sanitized logs. Never send passwords or license keys.
