Updating Nyuzz#

Before updating#

1. Back up your files and database.
2. Export Nyuzz Settings as JSON.
3. Ensure the license is active.
4. Note down your current version and custom code.
5. Test on a staging environment if possible.

Running the update#

Click Check Update under Nyuzz Themes > Nyuzz Status, then use Dashboard > Updates or Appearance > Themes.

The updater restricts packages to the official update server origin and valid ZIP files.

After updating#

Clear the cache and check the homepage builder, hero/carousel, Load More, sidebars, featured-image fallback, single posts, news index, ads, menus, dark mode, as well as desktop/mobile responsiveness.
